Refund Policy

Delivery Cancellations

We understand that unpredictable situations can arise and we would be more than happy to reschedule your order to a different date/different address within our delivery zone. However, please do understand our desserts are all made-to-order, so we cannot accept a delivery cancellation with less than 24 hours notice as that would mean the food would go to waste!


A refund will only apply if products were damaged upon delivery, missing or were the wrong items. We require photo evidence and each claim will be assessed carefully. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for other circumstances once the order has been submitted.
